Kurtz will team up with Jon Bennett and Colin Braun behind the wheel of the No. 54 CrowdStrike/Flex-Box Ligier JS P320 a year after claiming a landmark victory at the famous race in Florida – one of sports car racing’s biggest events.

CrowdStrike Racing Earns Rolex 24 Podium with CORE autosport

CrowdStrike Racing and George Kurtz opened the 2022 IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship season with major results in both the competition and commercial arenas at the Rolex 24 At Daytona. Concluding on Sunday, Kurtz and CORE autosport finished third in the Le Mans Prototype 3 (LMP3) class along with teammates Colin Braun, Jon Bennett and Nic Jonsson. The podium finish came two weeks after Kurtz recorded a runner-up finish in the Dubai 24 Hours to start a busy motorsports season for CrowdStrike Racing.

CrowdStrike Racing Kicks Off New Year in Daytona

CrowdStrike Racing and George Kurtz, co-founder and chief executive officer of CrowdStrike, will open the new racing season at the Rolex 24 At Daytona. Kurtz, a race-and championship-winning driver in multiple sports car categories, will begin 2022 by competing in two events at one of the world’s greatest road-racing weekends. 

Kurtz and CrowdStrike Racing are set for competition in the first race of two International Motor Sports Association (IMSA) series, including  the 24-hour Rolex 24 Race in the premier WeatherTech SportsCar Championship January 29-30, and the IMSA Prototype Challenge on January 22. These events mark the kickoff of CrowdStrike’s activation and hospitality program around the Daytona festivities.

CrowdStrike Racing Partners with Riley Motorsports For 2022 GT World Challenge Season

CrowdStrike Racing is excited to announce a new team partnership in its 2022 SRO GT World Challenge sportscar racing program. Accomplished entrepreneur and driver George Kurtz will race with championship-winning team Riley Motorsports in the Fanatec GT World Challenge America powered by AWS and GT America Powered by AWS with pro driver Colin Braun. The two-car, Pro-Am team will be named CrowdStrike Racing by Riley Motorsports and will compete in Mercedes-AMG GT3 cars.
